We have been informed that various propaganda emanated from Mr. Mohammad Ghasem Manoucheri, the individual who you are probably informed of his credibility providing the various false statements and documents misleading the official sports authorities in different countries especially Asian countries.
According to the different official incontestable statements and facts, Mr. Manoucheri has been directly and indirectly involved in the past in various false claims and propaganda.
By the Present letter, in my capacity as the President of Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA), I would like to inform you that a lawsuit is filed against this individual and his partners, persons involved in defamatory and circulation of fake news with goal to mislead the public and the breach of theirs trust.
You are kindly requested to not give attention to the propagandas published in different unofficial sites and media.
