Following the decision of the Board of Directors of 27 September 2019, to decrease the annual affiliation fee and its implementation starting January 2020, we made available to you, the information on 02 October 2019, via our website “Formal notice” circular:
“Formal notice – Implementation of annual affiliation membership’s fee starting January 2020”
As you may notice, our Asian Kickboxing Confederation after 24 years just implemented the Annual affiliation fee to the members starting January 2020.
On 08 July 2020, by official email send to your email address in file, we have informed our member by official notice number 2020-07-152 AKC/AM once more time about the decision of the Board of Director to decrease and implement the annual affiliation fee starting January 2020 and also inform you that inform you that because of related problem to COVID 19, the dead line for the payment of 2020 annual affiliation fee had been extended to 30 September 2020.
By the same notice, we informed you that you will receive the invoice for your annual affiliation fee corresponding to your membership’s category. We also inform you, that in case you have any particular economic circumstances you should address it to attention of Mr. Sina Zahedi, the Secretary General of Asian Kickboxing Confederation.
On 06 September 2020, by an official email, Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA) addressed to you the invoice according to your membership categories in conformity to rules and regulations and decision confirmed by last Board of Directors meeting. The above-mentioned letter number of 2020-07-152 AKC/AM dated 07 July 2020 was attached to the same email with your invoice.
As you noticed, the Asian Kickboxing Confederation, applied the annual affiliation fee to its members in US dollar currency and we needed to have an account with dollar currency but we were facing some difficulties to have one in US dollar currency as the minimum annual turnover requirement is much higher of what the Asian Kickboxing Confederation expects.
Accordingly, and in conformity to the decision of the Board of Directors related to the bank account, we have consulted the Law firm and seek for assistance.
After various exchanges, the Law firm made the necessary and agreed to open a subaccount in US dollar currency under their account name for Asian Kickboxing Confederation.
After various exchanges and consultations and after administration approval and in conformity to the decision of the Board of Directors of Asian Kickboxing Confederation, an agreement was signed between Asian Kickboxing Confederation and the Law Firm do the necessary for us to have a subaccount in dollar currency under their account as “Trust account”.
It is noted that according to above mentioned signed account, final beneficiary of this account shall be Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA), with exclusive right of any deposit and withdraw of any kind.
Accordingly, when you received your invoices for your affiliation the below specific indications were included:

Reference: Final Credit of Asian Kickboxing Confederation AKC-09202003.
We would like to confirm that the clear instructions confirming that Asian Kickboxing Confederation is the final beneficiary of any funds addressed to this account.
For the transparency, we would like to confirm that the final beneficiary as indicated “PAYMENT INSTRUCTION” is Asian Kickboxing Confederation and inform you that you should use full Payment instructions with these specific instructions of Final credit of Asian Kickboxing Confederation AKC-9202003.
Unfortunately, a member and individuals who have a considerable amount of debt to Asian Kickboxing Confederation with attention of harming Asian Kickboxing Confederation and question the reimbursement of their existing debt.
We kindly request you to discard the propaganda letter, email or message if any from any individual and potential member and to not pay attention to their propaganda.
