TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE ASIAN KICKBOXING CONFEDERATION (WAKO ASIA)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I present to you the best greetings of the Asian Kickboxing Confederation and would like to refer to you the following:
By our circular of 05 December 2021, we brought to your attention some facts and attempt of interference in different ways in the Asian Kickboxing Confederation duties and activities.
Unfortunately, subsequently it has come to our attention, that there have been some false claims made by opportunist people circulating a letter wearing a self-made logo and name of no-existing ”West Asia Kickboxing Federation”.
The letter is prepared with poor and confusion grammar refers to foundation committee of the “West Asia union or federation”, inviting some of our members in West Asia to join the meeting of the establishment of “West Asian union or federation”. The announced date of self-called meeting is 17 January 2022 which confirming that such organization currently is not exist and the communication is on the false paper head which we consider as false representation.
Moreover, the Asian Kickboxing Confederation as the sole body recognized by Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) representing the sport of Kickboxing in the Asian Continent, was never informed of such self-initiative and never took the decision to create federation for any of its zones which, are not legitimate by our statutes, rules et regulations, nor recognized by Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), nor by International Federation.
Therefore, in none of the WAKO Continental Confederations/Federations , the zones federations (Central, North, South, East and West) are not existed and are not recognized.
We confirm that self-initiative for creation of such structure is illegal and has the goal to mislead our members and in general to destablise the Asian Kickboxing Confederation.
The Asian Kickboxing Confederation in coordination with other agencies will take the necessary measure to protect the interest of all the members of Asian Kickboxing Confederation and condemn such behaviour. You are requested to not to deal with these kinds of requests and organizations which their goal in general is to destabilise Kickboxing sport in Asia.
