Following our previous communications, we are pleased on behalf of President and the members of the Board of Directors of Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA) to confirm that with the collaboration of Kyrgyzstan National Kickboxing Federation, we will organization the Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA)’s Championships 2018 (Senior Divisions all Styles) as follows:
Date: 5 to 12 of May 2018 including, (competition dates)
Arrival date: 5, 6 and 7 of May 2018 latest
Departure date: 13 of May 2018 everybody is free to leave
Place: CHOLPON-ATA city – Issyk-Kul Region, Kyrgyzstan
Sport hall: SPORT COMPLEX «GAZPROM»
Promoter: Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA) with coordination of Kyrgyzstan national Kickboxing Federation
Styles: All styles Men and Women, Seniors Division
You will find below as attachements, the complete competition package including all necessary information and program and Entry Forms of the Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA)’s Championships 2018 Senior Division, Visa Request and Travel Schedule Forms.
The main Airport arrival and departure is Bishkek International Airport: (IATA: FRU, ICAO: UCFM). The organization committee will provide to the participants transportation from Bishkek International Airport to CHOLPON-ATA city and back. (Approximately 250km, 3h30 minutes – drive)
The Organizing Committee and Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA) will do their best to assist you in obtaining Visas for your delegation members (athletes and officials). For all countries, including Asian countries citizens travelling to Kyrgyzstan for sports or any other purpose Requires the approval from State Migration Service of Kyrgyzstan is needed. This takes Approximately 21 days and some times more.
To avoid any inconvenience you MUST send the enclosed Visa form by email to info@wakoasia.com / registration@wakoasia.com before 01 April 2018. After receiving the enclosed Visa Form we will send an official invitation letter. This letter may provide the approval from different Ministries of Govt. of Kyrgyzstan.
Note: We cannot guaranty the visa to delegations, in particular for whose visa form request has not been received within the above-mentioned deadline.
