In accordance to the provisions of the Statutes of the Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA) providing that in case of the decision of suspension of a member, all Members shall be properly informed on the suspension of the relevant Member, we would like to bring to your attention the following:
The Board of Directors of Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA) during its meeting held by way of written resolution on 16 march 2021, after, long exchanges, review of the request of WAKO, examination of motivation of the request due to current conflict of membership in India, decided to suspend the National Kickboxing Federation N.G. as a member of Asian Kickboxing Confederation until a final solution (like a merger) is in case taken by the parties involved.
The board of Directors of also granted the power to the President of Asian Kickboxing Confederation to communicate to the members of Asian Kickboxing Confederation the decision and to engage in the negotiations with the parties involved in order to explore and support the possibility that the two entities merge in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws
