Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA)
We would like by present circular to inform all member and in particular the members who are in default with the payment of the annual affiliation fee of their federation/association for year 2020 that the Board of Directors during their meeting held yesterday on 30 December 2020, decided to postponement of the date of the payment for year 2020 to 31 January 2021.
Please find below the text of the adopted resolution by unanimous decision :
“To decide to define the Members which have satisfied all their financial obligations toward Asian Kickboxing Confederation at the latest by 31 January 2021, considered as “Voting Members” and be entitled to vote according to their membership status during the next General Assembly.“
The decision has been taken in order to give to the remaining members who are in default of the payment of their affiliation fee the new opportunity to satisfy their financial obligation toward Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA), in conformity with provisions of the statutes and being considered as “voting member” and be entitle to vote according to their memberships status during the upcoming general assembly of 7 March 2021.
We kindly request the members who did not satisfy their financial obligation toward of Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA) and did not pay their affiliation for year 2020, to procced to the payment, following the indication in their affiliation invoice.
We would like to remind you that in accordance to “article 7 voting members rights” and other provisions of the statutes of Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA), the Agenda, notice of call and all related documents to the general assembly will be sent only to the voting members.
