2020-08-06 Asian Kickboxing Confederation lost a true and a loyal friend

 

 

 

 

 

 

With deep regret and pain that we announced the loss of Mr Mohammad Youssef who suddenly passed away few hours agon on 5 August 2020 in his hometown Damascus (Syria).

Mohammad was one of the pioneer of combat sport in Syria conducting his activates in Muay Thai and Kikboxing.

Mohammad joined Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA) in late 2004 and took in WAKO World Championships 2005 with Syrian Kickboxing Federation delegation as chief coach.

A true friendly started and Mohammad assisted WAKO ASIA and WAKO to confirm their notoriety in Syria.

Mohammad participated as international Technical official of Asian Kickboxing Confederation in Bangkok 2009 Asian Martial Arts Games.

Nasser Nassiri, the President of Asian Kickboxing Confederation declared: I was shocked when I learned about Mohammad death. I can only remember a nice man with nice smile, nice and big heart.

Nasser Nassiri added: Is very saad to lose such a true and loyal friend. We will pray for him.
