Dear Members of Asian Kickboxing Confederation (WAKO ASIA)
Pursuant to Article 21 (Notification of the General Assembly), as well as Article 21.3, and in conformity with Article 27 (Minutes of the General Assembly – Written Resolutions), Article 27.4 of the Statutes of the Asian Kickboxing Confederation, and on behalf of Mr. Nasser Nassiri, President of the Asian Kickboxing Confederation, together with the members of the Board of Directors, please take a note of the formal notice of the next General Assembly of the Asian Kickboxing Confederation, which will take place on Monday, 16 February 2026, at the registered office of the Asian Kickboxing Confederation, 40 Togolok-Moldo Street, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, 720001, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Bishkek time).
The General Assembly is convened to be held on 16 February 2026 by means of written resolutions made by circulation, in accordance with Article 27.5 of the Statutes of the Asian Kickboxing Confederation, as amended on 12 December 2022.
The members who did not receive the agenda and formal notice are requested to immediately contact the Asian Confederation’s administration office at info@wakoasia.com, the Commission of the General Assembly at commission@wakoasia.com, and the Law Firm AARPI MBAA at legal@mbaa-avocats.com, duly mandated by the decision of the Board of Directors to organize the General Assembly of 16 February 2026 in collaboration of the Commission of the General Assembly and Confederation’s administration in compliance with the Statutes of the Asian Kickboxing Confederation, as amended on 12 December 2022.
