Important Notice Regarding Payment Instructions
Dear members of the Asian Kickboxing Confederation,
We are writing to follow up on our communication of 25 March 2025 sent to you by email together with the invoice of the annual affiliation fee corresponding to the membership status of your Federation/Association for the year 2025 informing you that the deadline of payment has been extended to 31 May 2025.
Unfortunately, currently, we are experiencing a significant problem with our bank, particularly with its correspondent bank in Turkey. This issue has arisen due to the background of our bank (BAKAI Bank) and its probable relations with Russian companies and recent update international banking regulations.
As a result, all of the incoming and outgoing transactions with business partners and members from other countries are currently blocked through our Bank. We regret to inform you that if you attempt to send your affiliation fee at this time, the payment will be rejected and returned to your account.
Therefore, we kindly request that you do not proceed with the payment of your invoice until we provide you with alternative payment instructions. We are actively working to resolve this issue and will send you updated payment details as soon as possible.
