Damscaus, Syria, Syrian Kickboxing Federation held its Kickboxing Championships in Full contact on 2nd and 3rd March 2017 in Latakia, with the participation of 11 provinces of Syria.
The total of 120 athletes from 11 provinces (Damascus, Homs, Hama, Latakia, Students clubs, Military clubs, Dara, As-Suwayda and …) compete together in different weight categories in Full contact style which is one of the popular Kickboxing style in Syria.
Mr. Manar Albezreh, President of Syrian Kickboxing Federation stated: We are proud of our athletes whom train hard in actual difficult situation. We held these championships as symbol of our victory against imposed war and dedicated as victory of Syrian against terrorist.
The President of Syrian Kickboxing Federation added: We use our sport, our gloves and will build our country by sport and peace and welcome all people around the world to visit our historical country.
